The Sedona Method
So I came across the Sedona method more that 25 years ago. Back then it was considered a bit woo woo by many but as the years have passed it has been scientifically proven to be beneficial in making positive changes to the lives of many thousands of people.
25 years ago I laughed at it when I came across it. How could something so simple make such a differnce in anyones life? Then I did the course and I understood. Ultimately its about “Letting Go” which is possibly the greatest gift we can ever give ourselves. In the last 5 years or so I have made letting go my most important mantra (Let it Go) of my entire life and it has transformed my relationship with reality and the present moment.
