Completions
This is one of the most powerful techniques for dealing with incompletion patterns. An incompletion is an event from the past which we keep repeating over and over again; sometimes for decades. So if you have an experience from the past that continues to run your life on a daily basis (causing you to suffer) it is almost certainly caused by an incompletion. This process will remove it. If you don’t believe me try it for yourself. The key is to relive the event again not remember the event. This is explained very well in the video below.
