Dropping an Anchor – Russ Harris

In his excellent book the Happiness Trap, author Russ Harris shares his strategy for grounding oneself and coming back to the present moment.  Rather than describe it in detail here you can download his pdf which explains it better than I ever could.  There is also a link to free resouces with audio recordings of the process.  It is a great technique which I highly recommend.
